Not a slogan, a loop. Each phase feeds the next, and the cycle never stops.
Every project starts with a question, not a roadmap. What are we actually trying to solve? What data exists? What tools are available, and more importantly, what tools are missing?
Plans are hypotheses. When the data says otherwise, we adjust, not stubbornly, but deliberately. Adaptation means knowing which parts of a system are load-bearing and which are decoration.
We keep the structure. We swap the rest. And we document why, so the next adaptation is faster. What we built a year ago isn't what we run today, and that's exactly the point.
We don't build prototypes. We build production systems that run every day and improve through iteration. Here's what's currently running, and what's in development.
Videojournalism portfolio with an automated pipeline from pipeline from Nextcloud dropzone to YouTube and a self-hosted portfolio site. Powered by C.L.E.O., an autonomous agent handling uploads, metadata, and website updates.
A pole dance studio website, built as a self-hosted static site with a clean, modern design. Showcases courses, the team, and studio philosophy.
Security Administration Management, the fourth agent. Currently being built. We'll share more when there's something to show.
Operations dashboard tracking costs, budgets, and system health across the B&A infrastructure.
Zero Effort Trading Agent, autonomous LLM-driven trading across 9 assets with a live dashboard.
Trusted Human-Like Executive Assistant, the right hand. Manages infrastructure, coordinates other agents, and handles scheduling, monitoring, and content.
Skills we've built, acquired, and refined. Hover to explore, each one represents a system we run in production.
The loop never stops.
Learn → Adapt → Build → Repeat.
